The nightly rate includes all utilities bills, use of facilities in the building (gym, swimming pool etc.), toiletries etc. The booking does not include any meals.

It varies with the booking. Generally, if booked directly on this website, we offer full refund up to 30 days before arrival. 50% of booking amount is charged if cancelled within 7 days of arrival.

We can provide additional room service for an extra charge subject to availability of resources. Please contact us for more information

Amazing accommodations provides accommodation to both working professionals and people travelling for leisure. We encourage min 2 nights stay and max. 90 nights. You will see that min. 1 night stay is possible, but the rates are higher than min. 2 nights stay. We provide very low rates for more than 7 nights stay.

We have limited secured parking bays. You need to contact us to book the car park separately. We charge $20 per night extra for the carpark.

Early check in and late check out is possible based on availability. Our normal check in time is 2 pm and check out time is 10 am. Subject to availability Check out until 11am does not incur any extra cost. Subject to availability Check in from 10 am does not incur any extra cost

Self-Check in can be organised for late arrivals. Security deposit and photo ID must be provided in advance to organize self-check in. Please let us know in advance if you are planning to arrive after 10pm.

Sky Bus – Sky bus runs frequently between Airport and city (Southern Cross Station). Please click the link below to check price and book. Once you are in Southern cross station, you can catch another train to South Yarra station or take a taxi. Our property is approximately 10 mins walk from South Yarra station.

Great Ocean Road: One of the most popular activities to do when visiting Victoria is to drive through the Great Ocean Road (GOR). The 250km drive between Torquay and Warrnambool takes you through surf towns, National Parks, hippy communities, and of course to some of the popular limestone rock formations, like the Twelve Apostles and London Bridge, that has made the drive so famous.

Williamstown: Williamstown is located at the mouth of the Yarra River where it enters Hobsons Bay and Port Phillip, south-west of the Melbourne city centre. Originally Melbourne’s first seaport, Williamstown has developed from what was a neglected industrialised centre into a popular and fashionable maritime village. Williamstown is surrounded on three sides by water. The eastern shoreline consists of foreshore reserves dotted with piers, gardens and remnants of Williamstown’s maritime history. Scenic views of Melbourne’s city skyline can be enjoyed from Gem Pier where cruises on the Yarra River and the bay depart regularly

Wilsons Promontory: Wilsons Promontory National Park is one of the most popular destinations in Victoria. It is famous for camping, scenic walks and wildlife. If you want to book a camp site or cabin, please plan and book in advance.

Lake Mountains: During the white season Lake Mountain transforms into a winter wonderland. Activities on offer during the snow season include snow play, tobogganing, cross country skiing and snowshoeing.

Yarra Valley Winery: Have you ever seen a winery from the top? Hot air ballooning in yarra valley will give you a memorable experience.  Once you are back on the ground there are enough wineries and eateries to entertain you.

Philip Islands: Philip Island is popular for Motor sports and Penguins. But there is more. You can enjoy walking, cycling, local shops Fishing and boating

Wyndham Harbour: A Marina hardly 35 mins from Melbourne CBD. Construction was just completed. On a good day you can see really nice view city skyline while enjoying coffee in the George’s Café. You can also enjoy a scenic Ferry ride from Docklands to Wyndham Marina.

South Yarra is one of Melbourne’s oldest and most affluent inner-city suburbs, bordered by the Yarra River and Richmond to the north, Prahran to the south and Toorak to the east.

Shopping, fashion, dining and entertainment are the main features of South Yarra’s extensive commercial precinct. Busy Chapel Street is lined with exclusive retail outlets, cafes, clubs, the popular Jam Factory entertainment complex, the Como Centre and Vogue Shopping Plaza. Commercial Road, which divides South Yarra from Prahran, is home to more retail shops, the Pran Central Shopping Centre and the iconic Prahran Market with its large selection of gourmet foods and fresh produce. Toorak Road is home to restaurants and many stylish fashion retailers featuring the best of local and imported goods.

Many of South Yarra’s residential areas consist of attractive tree-lined streets. There are several historic mansions, including Como House which is open to the public, clusters of terrace houses and apartment buildings.

South Yarra has a large selection of open space and parkland for visitors and residents. The largest areas of parkland are along the Yarra River and also Fawkner Park along South Yarra’s western boundary. Smaller parks, many with playgrounds, can be found dotted throughout the suburb.

The meandering Yarra River forms the northern boundary of South Yarra. The shady Alexandra Avenue follows the path of the river and beside it is the Capital City Trail walkway and bicycle track which is part of a 32-kilometre loop around Melbourne’s inner suburbs. The Yarra River is lined by continuous parkland and panoramic views of the city and riverfront can be enjoyed from the several bridges which cross the river into Richmond, including Church Street Bridge, Hoddle Bridge at Punt Road and the pedestrian-only Morell Bridge.

ou need a MYKI card to travel in train/bus/tram in Melbourne. You can get a MYKI card from any 7-eleven store or a train station. The nearest 7-elven store is on the corner of Elis Street and Chapel Street, hardly 50 metres from the apartment. The nearest tram stop is right in front of this 7-Eleven. You can take tram 72 for city central. The nearest train station is South Yarra, it is a round 800m and approximately 10 mins walking distance.

Immediately contact us and the guest manager on duty will assist. If you lose the key, there is a fee of $125 to get the new keys. If you get locked out there is a fee of $50 to open the door for you.

All of our apartments contain basic cooking utensils, standard size fridge, microwave, Oven etc. There is no extra charge for using these facilities.

All our apartments have washing and drying facilities. There is no extra charge for using it. You may have to buy your own laundry powder.

All our apartments have a dish washer. There is no additional charge for using it.

All our apartment has stable, high-speed Wi-Fi. We do not put any limit Wi-Fi usage.  Wi-Fi is free to use in all our apartments. You will receive the Wi-Fi name and password with the check in instructions.

All our room and apartments are non-smoking.
